Hamax Products Are Built For Safety and Comfortability

Here at Hamax, we know how discouraging it can be to purchase something online and then find out it doesn’t work for you. We’ve gathered four real-life users of Hamax products together to answer questions on how Hamax products fit in their daily lives.

Joining us today we have Kim G., Chuck H., Kristina Y., and Ryan H. We’ve asked them all the same 9 questions about their Hamax products.

Kim G. is a mom of two boys (7 and 3) and a girl (4). She and her husband own a Hamax Outback trailer as well as both the Caress rear child bike seat and the Observer front child bike seat.

 

Chuck H. is a dad to one adorable little two-year-old boy. He and his wife own a Hamax Outback trailer.

 

 

Kristina Y. is a mom to one little boy (11 mo). She and her husband own the Hamax Observer and tested out the Outback with a friend.

 

 

Ryan H. Is dad to one little girl (15  mo). He and his wife own the Hamax Outback. They also have a  Caress child bike seat that they haven’t used yet.

 

What do you think is the best feature of the Hamax Outback?

KG: It holds a LOT without feeling bulky. And it’s really easy to navigate! (sorry I think both are equally important!)

CH: The shocks are cool.  I also like that it’s convertible.

 
KY: I like the large storage compartment, the comfortable seat for the child and the flexibility to easily go from trailer to stroller!

RH: Ease to push and control, can hold coffee in one hand and easily push 2 kids with the other.

 

What do you think is the best feature of the Caress or Observer child bike seats?

KG: The suspension. It makes for a super smooth ride for the kids and for me.

 

CH: Easy to transport.
 

KY: I like the footrests, my son looked comfortable in the seat and my husband had an easy time getting used to riding with my son in the seat. My son seemed to like riding up front where he could see everything.

RH: Have not used yet.

 

Have you ever owned another trailer or child bike seat?

KG: Yes.

 

CH: No.

 

KY: No.

 

RH: No.

 

How does the Hamax product compare to your previous trailer or child bike seat?

Kim G. is the only parent who has owned another trailer. She says “I had an older bike trailer stroller combo with metal frame. It was really bulky and a pain to switch out the parts.”

What is your favorite place to go with your trailer or child bike seat?

KG: We are lucky enough to live in an area where we have many options to ride with our kids. We go on 20 mile rides using trailers to neighboring towns (often to get a meal or a treat). We go to the park/playground. I’ve even taken the bike seat to the store several times and used it to carry groceries! My favorite is the long bike rides because I can get a good amount of exercise in while still hanging out with my family.

KY: We enjoy going on the bike trail between our town and the next one over to get lunch before riding back. We also look forward to trying out the bike seat at the ocean when we go camping this summer!

RH: Walk along the Boise River trail with a Latte and let our dog run free.

What is your child’s favorite part of riding?

KG: Honestly, they love to watch their favorite shows on the iPad, but when we feel like being mean and not bring technology along, they enjoy the scenery and oftentimes fall asleep because the ride is so smooth.

KY: He likes being able to go places with my husband and me. The seat allows him to be comfortable and ride safely.

RH: She either naps or holds her blanky and watches the world go by. Even in cold temperatures, the Hamax keeps her warm (think a greenhouse) when we have it all zipped up.

What value has your Hamax product added to your life?

KG: Honestly a TON. I work full time, so being able to be active and get in my workouts alongside my family instead of leaving them at home is priceless to me.

KY: Our Hamax seat allows us to enjoy bike rides as a family! We love going places all together and getting a little exercise along the way! We want our son to grow up valuing the outdoors and enjoying physical activity, I feel our Hamax seat will help with both!

RH: Tremendous, it helps us get out and be active with our daughter.

 

Do you have anything else you would like to share about your Hamax product?

KG: Truly some of the best quality kids products I have ever used. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

RH: We LOVE the Hamax and everyone should have one.
